Scheduling the design, procurement and construction of a new domestic terminal and people-mover system.

The people-mover system will connect the 3 existing international terminals on the south end of the airport to a new domestic terminal to be built on the north end of the airport on the site of the existing soviet-era Terminal B, to be demolished in 2015. Project scheduled to be completed by the 2018 world cup.

Was seconded from original employer to assist Eli lilly CMT team in the preparation of their master Project schedule. This involved preparation of P6 schedules for various disciplines (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Cleanroom) and also attendance and active contribution to interactive planning session, constructability sessions and studies including the inplementation of schedule logic to reflect findings.

-      Preparation of Project Controls Execution Plan.

-      Developing cost, schedule and progress reporting and control procedures, and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

-      Implementing a reporting system for the above that enables effective management of the project at all levels of responsibility.
