As a senior member who leads this team it is my responsibility to look after my departments’ portfolio of projects for our clients within the energy production industry. My roles and responsibilities include updating progress on projects within Primavera, reporting on project stability on a weekly basis, checking resource loading on projects, reporting on project transactions and bookings and tracking and maintaining project milestones.
