Current Role

Responsible for Preparing the Baseline programme, Maintaining the works programme up to date, update the construction work progress incorporate any extensions of time, critical path and What-if analysis, Prepare and update Time chainage diagram, program status, Three/four weeks look ahead schedule through weekly construction meeting.

Preparation of monthly report and preparation of documentation required from Management to tight timelines and changing requirements to reflect the requirements of the programme, Construction photographs and report to management accordingly.

Responsible for managing the planning, construction and cost control for the civil works section.



Assist for tendering / method statement preparing

Responsible for planning, scheduling and supervising the construction of piling works, deep foundation, and building structures.

Responsible for Develop the overall program of the project, including interfaces between Contractors, planning and scheduling of all construction works, Critical Path and What - if analysis, Developing detailed project schedule for Construction team weekly activities, Cost control, Construction photographs, Monthly report and report to management accordingly.
