●      Monthly due reports for various construction sites (nine sites at peak, minimum 5 sites).

●      Follow-up (seek approval) on location of two site due reports with client.

Project details:Scope contract value US$4,000,000. Works consisting of the construction of the foul water and rainwater system for sections of the Bursa city.

●      Due reports to client and subcontractors,

●      Draftsman for company letters to be sent to client.

Technical Office. Planning, payment certificates of client and subcontractors, cost control (6 months).

Project details:Project value US$4Billion, scope contract value US$30,000,000. Scope pipeline total length is 387(470)km and is of 42’’ steel pipes.

●      Company master Primavera scheduler.

●      Progress reporting.

Kolin Construction Headquarters

Temporary assignment pending new construction project; worked for the bidding team. Prepared the schedules & methodologies for a bid. Later commissioned to write a program in excel to use in the bidding of the US embassy compounds construction works. Gained experience in bidding works and had the opportunity to learn of the US way of doing project management & bidding (FAR). 

WYG International (Consultancy)

Consultant. Bidding Team member responsible for the scheduling, resourcing & cash flow analysis of all technical projects bids. Coordinator of all active IPA awarded projects awarded (three projects total contract value ~9million Euro). Project Coordinator also working as Senior Expert for Cost control & Scheduling. Trainer and go to guy for Primavera, MSProject, MSExcel and other project control tools. All three projects consisted of waste water treatment plants and collecting network 

I am working at the Technical office department for the Construction of Dam Project.

I am preparing master work schedule and update it. Also some other schedules for the method statement, to be prepared for each structure. Furthermore, i am supporting claim department by preparing time delay analysis.
