I am a Turkish national, who formerly worked in London as a R&D project director and I am almost native in English. Currently I am residing and working in Turkey. I was invited by one of my ex-managers, who was appointed to set an ‘international projects department’ within the company, in order to take part in the process of structuring the department. My tasks were (1) to constitute the required planning and cost control management structure for a project management culture with a real time predictable, controllable, and reportable project management understanding and (2) to systematically employ this culture to the awarded projects.
