Responsible for providing management and leadership and training to personnel to build a team to effectively carry out the functions of Planning, Scheduling, Progress Reporting, Cost Control (establish detailed budgets, establish control mechanisms to minimise project execution costs and providing early warning of potentially adverse situations, review and approve CTRs, review and approve VOWD, review and approve EV report, analyse trends and prepare forecasts, prepare reports and charts at intervals as defined by Corporate and Project Procedures and assess the impact of changes) and Change
