• Responsible in preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates and cash flow projections.
• Conduct quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project.
• Assist in the preparation of bid evaluation report.
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and projection, construction agreements and other project reports. To transact with contractors in behalf of the organization, reviewing and evaluating the contractor’s project offer.
• Prepare change order evaluation stated for review.

• Prepare tender programme
• plan and co-ordinate complex engineering planning assignments, entailing technical specification and detailed planning, recommending changes to specification or planning engineering policy as appropriate.
• Monitors and tracks the project plan documents comparing the baseline schedules with the actual updates at any given stage of the project and reports the schedule as well as cost impact.
• Co-ordinate with other departments in gathering information and preparing the S-curve and developing the Weekly and Monthly Progress Report.

Duties                    :              

·         Supervised daily construction activities and ensures that plans and specifications are observed.

Assigned as one of the Field Engineers to supervise and monitor the construction of 10KM 3M Ø Water Reservoir laid in the heart of Manila. I was also tasked to assist in the preparation of As-built drawings, preparation of Daily Reports & Sub-contractor’s work accomplishment. 

As Project Civil Engineer, I had four (4) Field Engineers and ten (10) Sub-contractors under my direct supervision on various Water Pipeline Projects. It was also my responsibility to coordinate and control the issuance to all project documents and construction drawings.
