Tasked as local Government Department Head responsible for the administration of:

Workingunder the direct supervision of Project Engineer performing the following task:

• Supervised detailed phases of works during construction, prepares progress report.
• Assures quality during construction phase
• Coordinates with Owner/consultants regarding change orders etc.
• Field Draftsman responsible in preparing Drawing revisions, drafting Working Drawings

Project scheduler and planner. Monitors the schedule of the project, the status of the project. Creates report and evaluations of the current status of the project.

1. Monitors project status & plan for catch-up as necessary.
2. Analyzes related factors that causes delays & be able to scrutinize the delays to control probable slippage of schedule and or minimize its effect in the overall execution of the project.
3. Tracks down and assess weekly progress.
4. Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment reports.
5. Revision of project schedule.
6. Prepares look ahead schedule.
7. Prepares Manpower report.
8. Attend management meeting as to present project status.
