Responsibilities involve planning & scheduling, Tender document/requirement preparation, quantity take-off and cost estimating, project budget preparation, progress reporting and billing, site checking and coordination.
Responsibilities involve managing Contractor's Works Program, coordination with Project Managers and liaise with Client's Planning team, progress reporting, progress billing, site engineering, quantity take-off, progress meeting, and progress evaulation discussion with the Client.
