5. Preparing Recovery Schedule Programme.
- Break down work packages to level 3 planning and scheduling. And provide final baseline for present recommendation how to best economical sequential operation at site.
- Verification the on progress schedule with the contract duration. And determine the slippage.
- Verification the physical accomplishment against BOQ content.
- Oversee overall site construction operation, Promote team work among site staff and supervisory level.
- Review Work Schedule and manpower histogram.
- Keep track of progress accomplishment, monitor procurement schedule.
