Prepare schedule level 3 & 4 for North Module and estimate man hour allocations. Check and review the PMT daily/weekly progress report. Coordinate and reconcile reports with the PMT for the progress update. Monitor project site accomplishment and manpower loadings. Prepare weekly project progress report based on the level 3 schedule. Prepare Topside overall progress report and involve in HSE awareness program on site.
