Seconded to GE OIL AND GAS as SITE PLANNER for Fabrication of Subsea Manifolds and Associated Equipment for the Gorgon Upstream Project.
• The works are done in PT McDermott Indonesia as the sub-contractor of GE Oil and Gas to do the fabrication. The scope of works are Manifold, PTS and CDU modules and foundations, PLETs, DW and PPI SSPLRs, flowline spools, and well jumpers.
SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCES:
I have been working as a Planning Engineer/ Project Controller for around 5 years. Starting from January 2013 with PT Technip Indonesia until April 2017. After that joined with PT Mott MacDonald from September 2017 until now.
A brown field construction project for gyratory crusher installation at underground mining area as primary crusher to upgrade DOZ mining production from 35,000 metric tons per day to 50,000 metric tons per day.
As dedicated project Scheduler, responsible to provide detailing EPCC schedule, manpower & equipment resource planning. Representative of Project Control Department during project communication among Underground operation as client, Construction department as execution and CS engineering as drawing design provider.
A brown field project of upgrading heavy mills plan to increase grinding capacity of crushing and screening plan to 75,000 metric ton per day. Its include upgrade 5 units wet screens, upgrade 19 units bulk material conveyors and 2 units new conveyors, 2 units new Metso MP-1000 crushers and Crusher building modification.
· Prepare master and detail EPCC project schedule, overall planning, forecast, monitor, and control resource requirement for Capital construction project to meet contraction objectives within time, approved budget, and client satisfactory.
Out of Pit Crushing and Conveyor (OPCC) project is part of continuous expansion of Adaro’s open pit mining operation. The project with US$129-million-dollar capital value and 620,485 direct manhours is to provide crushing & conveying of overburden system at a rated capacity of 12,000 tons per hour. Project scopes are consist of Crushers (2 units), overland conveyors (4 units) along 10 kilometers and RAHCO Mobile Stacking Conveyor (1 unit) along 400 meters and RAHCO spreading conveyor (1 unit) 50 meters boom.
The Indonesia Copper Smelter & Precious Metal Refinery is US$2.59 Billion capital project with 21,032,512 direct manhours is a green field construction of new smelting and precious metal refinery facility capable of copper cathode production 2.0 million metric tons per year of copper concentrate.
Worked as owner’srepresentative, responsible for providing planning and cost controlanalytical advice, and functional support for engineering and construction management teams in the area of project management during EP FEED phase.
