• Planning, scheduling and updating Master Schedule (Level 1 – 2) and detail schedule (Level 3 - 4).

• Review, monitoring and preparing project schedule report summaries (including Engineering Document Register, Procurement Schedule, Expediting Report, S-Curve and Progress & Invoice Monthly Report) of Master Schedule that have been assigned.

• Coordinate with Engineering team for monitoring the Engineering deliverable.

• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistic team to monitor material preparation before construction works.

• Planning, scheduling and updating Master Schedule (Level 1 – 2) and detail schedule (Level 3 - 4) and also S-Curve.

• Review, monitoring and preparing project schedule report summary by weekly and monthly (including Progress Claim & Invoice Monthly Report) of Master Schedule which have been assigned.

• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistic team to monitor material preparation before construction works.

• Coordinate with Construction team and sub Contractor to achieve the target schedule as per contract milestone

 

• Review contractors project schedule and prepare join schedule of contractor work.

• Monitor and analyze ongoing construction schedule and advice works priority.

• Coordinate with Contractor to achieve the target as per milestone.

• Prepare and monitor status of variation works.

• Monitor the cost of construction to ensure that the cost still meet the required budget.

• Periodically prepare report by weekly and monthly

• Review contractors project schedule and prepare join schedule of contractor work.

• Monitor and analyze ongoing construction offshore schedule and advice works priority.

• Prepare and monitor status of variation works.

• Coordinate with Construction and Operation to maintain the target schedule as Contractor 3 week look ahead plan.

• Intergrate the Fabrication planning with the Offshore work planning.

• Coordinate with Engineering team to accommodate input from Engineering task sheet.

• Provide stewardship for Functional Support and daily-weekly reporting (POB, Dia-In Piping and QC cheksheet).

• Review and monitor the Contractor’s performance in the areas of scheduling and progress measurement, also provide input as necessary to assist the Company’s milestone are achieved.

• Prepare all required weekly reports and provide project execution report into the Project Execution Monthly Report.

• Coordinate with Construction team and Contractor team to maintain the target schedule as Contractor 3 week look ahead plan.
