20,000 BPD grassroots refinery project consisting of process and utilities units, supporting systems, a product distribution and sales system, and a Power Plant. -     Preparation of Project Control Procedures, WBS and Level 1 & 2 schedules for IPMT. Assistance to EPC contractor for progress measurement and control, project reporting and preparation of level 3 & 4 schedules.

     Prepare the overall project master schedule in level 3 using Primavera based from the bench mark schedule provided by the client and its consultant during the early stage of the project.

     Gather and validate scheduling information from client; partner and affiliate companies.

     Develop a system and procedure for progress measuring subject for client approval. Define progress milestones and its corresponding percent weight values.
