Duties:Build bid plans for this project of Ocean500 and some other project such as MOSS CS50/60, Sea1250, T70, 500POB,A70, Ocean400,Ocean500-2,Prosafe and so on, some of which are already effective or in construction. Deveop the project master schedule Using Primavera based on CPM. Monitor and make analysis with the progress. Prepare project English biweekly reports and submit to Owner for approval. Take site inspection with the actual progress and take photos. Some other works from the project manager.

Duty:Monitor the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, MC and Commissioning Progresss, update the progress weekly, make the project progress report, attend various meetings including the ones with Owner and make the meeting minutes, check the critical path activities on site and take photos.
- Assist the Project Manager to handle the contract administration works, follow up with requirements of the contract and act as the communication link between the project team and external parties. - Implement proper management, review and checking of MEP drawings, schedules and specifications for completeness, correctness, constructability, correctly cross referenced and coordinated with other disciplines. - Ensure that the latest revision of construction drawings is properly distributed to relevant parties in due course.
