Project Management. Providing project management services on the ~R200 million Intermediate Phase of the Freedom Park development and a R 35 million development for Supplier Park Development in Pretoria. This included, amongst other duties, client liaison, consultant coordination, contract management including progress and quality management, claims analysis etc. Providing project management services on the R700 million infrastructure delivery programme for the National Department of Public Works in South Africa.

Re-assigned to the project to assist the lead planner with progress updates and reporting requirements of the detailed engineering and execution phases of the project. Ensure that the Fluor planning and scheduling procedures are followed and the progress systems are maintained and up to date. Tender schedule evaluations. Master schedule qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to determine schedule contingency. Ensure that planning gate review requirements are met. Early works gate review successfully passed.
Various proposal (tender) schedules developed and schedule peer reviews performed internally and for various clients. Development of report templates. Project planning and scheduling setups and handovers to lead planners.

Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction and Commissioning planning, scheduling and reporting. Being a team player, always ensuring stakeholder and project team buy-in.
