My responsibilities included, the management from setup of the project, fabrication, construction, commissioning and handover.

I drew up on my planning skills to assist in developing baseline programme and reporting on progress.

I managed the budgets and reported on costs.

Client relations also played a large role.

Full Planning, scheduling and reporting function on EPC and EPCM contracts. Analysing client schedule for integrity and alignment with best practice techniques. Advising relevant Project Managers on catch up plans and acceleration plans. Managing client claims, from identification through to approval/adjudication. Executive report writing. Time Impact analysis. Forensic Planning. Delay analysis. Assisting with the day to day contract management for and on behalf of my clients. Business development for the region.

Scheduling & Planning of all Project Existing or Forthcoming . ◘ As well as creation of Internal Master Schedule including all Projects. Internal Program Development of Resource Tracking and Management Overview in Hours and Cost.◘ Maintaining Control of All projects. Reports and combined reports setup. Individual Program Hours/Work over time Reports and Combined Cost, Work, Resource efficiency over expected period Reports.◘ Set up of Tender Program/Documents required from planning.
