 Program development for a multitude of mixed use development projects in the northern areas of Durban for Tongaat Hulett Developments. Each development is then further broken down and infrastructure needs scheduled and budgeted for over a 10 year period. Prepare and control program schedule for refurbishment of a multistory control tower (National Key Point) at Richards Bay. This included progress and earned value reporting. Prepare and control program schedule for a truck staging facility and government offices in Richards Bay.

My initial training included 8 weeks theoretical training covering project aspects such as project schedule, work break down structures (WBS). Project tracking and progress review. Cost elements included costing and estimating, cost allocation to work packages and financial reporting.On completion of the theoretical training, I was posted out to a project (Medupi Power Station) to receive practical training within a project environment and timing constraints.
