A comprehensive understanding of the basic scheduling techniques utilized by the construction industry, as well as practical experience with the development and successful application of such techniques to specific contracts, projects, and large-scale programmes.
Compiling and maintaining the Master Program Schedule for the project.
Reviewing of the various contractors programe (Civil / Building / Mechanical & Piping / Electrical MV & LV / IT & Specialist systems) and identifying key interface points and compliance with the agreed milestone completions as set out in the main contract.
Reviewing of contractor’s claims / variations that have a impact on a interface or completion date and forecasting the impact of these claims / variations on the other contractors.
Develop the deptailed EPCm project execution schedule.
Ensure alignment and integration of the various EPCm & CPM & LSTK Projects.
Develop Budgetes for Engineering.
Conduct Risk Revieiws.
Compile the weekly & monthly project integrated report
Embed / monitor the document management process for the project.
Ensure there was alignment between the various project controls disciplines that included;
Reporting
Scheduling
Cost Magaement
Risk management
Document Control Control
Preparing yearly Capex Budget for approval.
Verification of contracotirs monthly invoices.
