Lead Planning & Scheduling Engineer on several Projects. Team leader and mentor

Current Role

Duties:



o     Writing procedures, work packages, manuals and reports, updating drawings and models, perform calculations and other design verification work to ensure that maintenance and modification work is carried out in a timely manner and according to standards.

o     Participate in production follow up and documentation work to the extent needed

o     Participate in project work with engineers from other disciplines and other offices

Duties:



o     Assist, when required, in the preparation of tender including, design drawing, plant and site layout arrangement, use of formwork and tender documentation.

o     Consistently meeting clients for analysis of needs, site inspection & meeting, negotiation and closing deal.

o     Providing support to clients, finding new project leads, new clients and handle client’s feedbacks.

Duties:



o     Manage the Call for Tender dossier

o     Implement company’s referential

o     Manage bid analysis and issue recommendation to award

o     Manage execution of detailed engineering



Projects which I worked in:



-     16” pipeline for SONA-Hess (JV between Hess and Sonatrach)

-     Revamping of OK1 Pumps stations (04 pumps)

-     Many small projects.

(JV between Sonatrach and KBR)

Duties:



o     Ensure Contractor’s project schedules and manpower histograms are prepared, recorded, analysed, monitored and controlled against Contract requirements.

o     Monitor, control and report current and forecast progress against approved Contract schedules to enable project and corporate management to ensure that final project turnover dates are within the approved Contract schedule.

Duties:



-     Assist, when required, in the preparation of tender method statement including, design and detailed drawing planning, plant and site layout arrangement planning, use of formwork and tender documentation.

-     Prepare summary of contract details on which the execution programme will be based.

-     Integrates each projects program into the total projects planning scheme.
