I completed a 2 year structured training programme as Trainee Planner before progressing to the position of Planning Engineer. Most of my time with the company was spent as a Shutdown / Project Planner at site, preparing programmes from scratch and also integrating and managing subcontractor programmes where required. I was also involved in site supervision, proposals, procurement, and logistics at different times.

Senior Planner at Al Naboodah Engineering Services in the Middle East.

Project Management - various projects including Y2K, Primavera Project Management deployment to 1,000 users. Trade Finance software deployment.

Planner / Lead Planner on various Projects -Gas Processing Plant Expansion/Upgrades, LNG Plant EPCs and Proposals.

Began draftiing CPM networks by hand, entering them onto data cards for running the various reports at an IBM mainframe computer facility. Graduated to developing my own schedules by turning the drawings, reading the specifications and making preliminary schedules for sub and genreral contract review. By the late 80's I was ready for a different schedule development model.

Responsible for a Team of Planners, Cost Engineers, Risk Practitioners, and Estimators covering 40+ Projects Circa £300M.
