This is my current role, I am employed as a Planner with MMC Gamuda on various railway projects in Malaysia.

Current Role

I am currently working as a Project Planner Programmer in the building division of a leading construction company in Northern Ireland, ROI, Scotland and England. I have over 4 years work experience on various large scale projects ranging from education, health care, residential, commercial, retail, new-build, refurb, extensions etc. I graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in July 2007 with a 2:1 Honours degree in Construction Engineering and Management.

     Project planning for renewal projects carried out at depot level

     Planning maintenance work for routine as well as cyclic maintenance

     Migration from multiple legacy systems to one standard maintenance capturing system and planning system

     Successfully created databases for the weekly production of performance against planned works reports

Tender, Construction & Claims planning on major Civils projects, predominantly major water & highways infrastructure projects up to £200M

Drew up quotations, work scope assessments; developed and concluded contracts and change orders for construction and installation activities; liaised with the Client to get progress verification reports signed off, performed contract termination activities. Carried out cost control activities for projects approximating 300 mln. rubles in total value.
