As Planning Engineer I was Responsible for all the Planning and Cost Control aspects of the Projects assigned. I was reporting to the Project Manager and regional Projects Control Manager.

- PMO member responsible for Planning discipline and all consecutives reports and control.
- Ensure adequate resource and competency of personnel in conjunction with the Director of Project Services to operate all Project Services control systems and tools in accordance with contractual requirements and maintaining compliance with the individual project needs.

- Management and implementation of Lean Manufacturing procedures, supporting the Manufacturing stage.
Responsible for coordinating and elaborating manufacturing hours estimation for tendering bids. Also developed some tools for welding and machining hour estimation, standardizing for the main components such as spiral cases, rotors, wicket gates, stator frame, spiders, getting wastefulness and using the best practice.
Coordinated workload and guide a staff of 2 Methods and Process Experts.
Raze and budgets’ costs analysis of equipments which includes material cost, manufacturing hours and methods cost. Responsible to create cash flow and tender master schedules, discussion with vendors, and elaboration of technical and commercial proposals.
Involved on the first SAP implementation in Taubaté Plant as Technician Trainee.
Power, Heavy Industrial, Clean Room, Government and Commercial Projects consisting of Claims Avoidance, Procurement, Documentation, Scheduling, Process Development, Construction Supervision and Management. Responsibilities have included administration, training, scheduling and management of construction projects.
