As Technical Asst. to VP-Operations:
Assigned to main office and was task to assist the VP for Operations on the technical aspects of the different works at hand. Company representative for project site visits, pre-bid conferences technical/management meetings and the like. Preparation of bid proposal package for all prospective projects. Preparation of variation/ change order cost proposals for on-going projects. Assigned as Project Engineer for small projects & completed projects under warranty period.
As Assistant Project Engineer, I have assisted in the revision/drafting of all construction plans & other details for a forty (40) hectares subdivision using AutoCAD 2000 software. I was also assigned to supervise in the construction works of some specific area of the project which includes surveying works like differential & profile leveling.
I have day to day experience of tender programming my own projects using Microsoft Project, site logistics planning, material take offs, cost calculations, 3D logistic plans, live programme tracking and scheduling, client interviews and presentations. I also have a basic understanding of Asta PowerProject, which I believe I could learn to use proficiently very quickly.

Responsible for unit outfit work packages for all production areas. Modular pipe work systems were split into work package information to enable 50 tonne modules of pipe work to be assembled offsite and then be installed as a complete unit. Also 500 tonne accommodation units were work packaged in a similar manner and fabricated on the quayside and lifted upon the vessel as a complete finished unit. Work packaging of this nature was developed during the construction of the I.T.M. "Challenger" which is a 45,000 tonne Crane Ship - the largest of its type in the World.
