- Establishing, reviewing and managing planning procedures to be undertaken on all projects;
- Detail planning, scheduling and delay analysis of all aspects of EPCM for diamond mining;
- Project resourcing and input into Cost Management;
- Working with site staff to ensure that the necessary schedules are in place, are compiled in accordance with company principles, policies and procedures, and have consistency; and
- Project monitoring and reporting using established trend reporting systems
