Project Planning - Develop schedules at start up phase of the project, coordinate with the project team to provide with the requisite supports for mobilisation, in preparing the initial budget

Project Coordination - Regular coordination with the project team during project execution phase in understanding the support requirements and liase with the team at HO to provide with the requisite support in terms of critical materials, manpower, machinery and funds for smooth functioning of the project.
