Dear Fellow Members,
As part of my role, as the PMO Team Leader at Caterpillar Articulated Trucks, I had to develop a team of planners from scratch which planned all brand new Caterpillar products from cradle to grave. This included planning activities from a multitude of suppliers from all over the world.
We planned and managed all new prototype development and covered engineering, procurement, and construction, from strategy development through to project close out.
