- Lead all the planning, scheduling and cost control activities related to projects and the company.
- Supervise Planning Engineer & Cost Controller for preparation of the Detailed Schedules, Budgets, Cash-flow analysis, Critical path analysis, Trend Analysis, Cost control and Slippage reports for offshore installation projects.
