- Planning on all stages like Proposal planning, Design Development planning, Procurement planning, Post Tender Planning, etc..
- Review the Contract Programme & Comment.
- Monitor the Project and Tracking of Milestones prepare Look Ahead reports and trend reports.
- Monitor the Critical path and advise the project team on forecasted risks.
- Risk Mitigation.
- Ensure the Project Budget and Time of Completion.
