My name is Nicolò Spagna,

I'm a planner for Renco Spa, an Oil & Gas company, and i use Primavera P6.

I worked on a project with TOTAL that was placed in Congo and now, i'm working on two project that are placed in Italy

Responsible for preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage Planning expertise

Responsible for preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of

work in Primavera version P3.1  P6.

 Developed the (MTS) level 4 integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) schedule based on

contract requirements in cooperation with the Managing Contractor on Primavera.

Updated and reviewed the BSC (Balanced Score Card) for projects. Conducted several presentations for the

site team in order to highlight the importance of BSC.

I have more than 10 years of work experience in a variety of different responsibilities such as project planner/planning engineer, cost planner/cost controller, project coordinator, investment analyst in oil & gas, construction and production projects

I have  comprehensive skills in preparing detailed schedules of projects (WBS and activity definition, sequencing, resource & duration estimating) and preparing associated documents

32 years international technical resruitment experience with an emphasis on large scale oil/gas onshore and offshore projects. All levels of Contract & Permanent Technical Personnel.
