I started as a Cadet Engineer for a structural design company which I was involved in the design of support frameworks for mechanical equipments, routing of pipelines, drafting and revising plant and instrument diagrams.

I performed initial schedule preparation (WBS, setting up calendars), breakdown of activities and budgeting, resource levelled the schedule to match staffing plan plus capitalize on available schedule float. Maintained project schedule baseline, and updated baseline. Prepared data for daily project meeting to review performance indicators, variances, and critical path. Project meeting preparation included reviewing schedule variances and critical path impact.
