Job Description

• Evaluation/Assessment of major project electrical engineering designs to ensure completeness. Review

of power system analysis and power systems components specifications. Development of power system

installation scope. Review of projects work scope, design basis, design calculations, drawings and

supporting documentation. Provide electrical design and construction support on projects. Preparation

PCMS is a project management/project control consultancy, specialising in the provision of computer based project solutions utilising Microsoft, Primavera and Artemis software. Projects undertaken have included the development of project schedules, progress measurement databases, job-card systems, engineering/construction interface programmes and the integration of non-aligned software products.  

I have been in planning roles for the past 11 years in the construction and mining fields using Primavera. Most of the roles have been on the project management team for the client. Most of these roles have been in Western Australia.

Planning Manager/Senior consultant, responsible for all aspects of Project controls including managing teams of 50+ staff.

Experience includes risk analysis and claims.

• Experience in Project Controls, Planning& Coordination of Project Activities. Develop & maintain Project Base line & Current Schedules for multiple Projects. Measure progress on Project Schedule as part of status update. Analyse Schedule for critical path and Schedule risk. Produce recovery Schedules as required by Project Management Team.
