Construction Planner for Tendering and Preconstruction as well as on site planning and monitoring. High spec refurbishments and difficult logistics, through to hangers, supermarkets as well as new commercial construction.

Resonsible for planning function for the Birmingham office.

We build projects from about £500,000 to £45,000,000.

In a variety of markets and win work in open tender, negotiation and framework agreements.

Planning includes: tender, design, procurement and construction.  I also have experiance in claims, this experiance is used mostly to avoid cliams!
