Project Description: NJ Transit - Super Storm Sandy Recovery Program (SSRP), Newark, NJ  $1.5 billion program of several damaged and resiliency projects that were created due to the damages by Hurricane Sandy including building new stations, roads, commuter centers and substations. 

* Developed macro-level management schedules for projects built with various delivery methods;

*Managed and performed bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly project update for over 35 projects;
