1. Cost Control Engineer.

Project Controls Director for growing EPC company delivering multibillion dollar LSTK Oil & Gas projects in Middle East, North Africa and Former CIS. Responsible for policy, procedure, oversight and control of companies project controls activities.

In Aug 2008, I moved to South Africa and stated working for Sasol Company. In the first year, I was in a Refinery and I did planning for small brown field projects. In refinery, Sasol was contractor. In second year, I took over some big projects and started working in Client side. A project in construction phase was the first project that I became involved. The main schedule was in Primavera 6. I checked the EPC contractor schedule as well as their progress.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         To produce Resource and Cost loaded Baseline and recovery programs for various projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

·         To produce Tender programs for various projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Libya,

·         To produce company’s cash in-flows and out-flows periodically,

Oliver is a Director of Gleeds Advisory located in Gleeds London office 95 New Cavendish St. He deals with all matters relating to both live and forensic planning.

Head of Operations. Managing all aspects of operations (project managers, site managers, planners, pricing and procurement, etc)
