Managing planning departments, ensuring correct policy and procedure compliance and project principle compliance. Adhering to APW and best practises. gab analysis, reviews and audits, training where required and planning systems.
Senior planner on Mining project - using Primavera and Reporting .
Guinea.
Supervises and controls all project reports. Firmly implements the use of Project Control procedures; Cost Variance Analysis (CVA), Activity based Costing (ABC) system, Quantity Monitoring System (QMS), Purchase Inventory Management System (PIMS), & Access Cost Report Program (ACRP).
Projects handled are scheduled for visit at 1 (one) month cycle before the cost reporting cut-off period
