My primary function was the CA Unicenter administrator. My roles consisted of maintaining the database, setup, training, day to day monitior and assisting the developers in scheduling. I also managed projects, served as a system administrator and other IT related services.
During my time at Oceaneering my time at Oceaneering I have worked both as a scheduler, trainer and PM. As a scheduler I have performed functions such as creating and maintaining codes, calendars, roles and responsibilites and other administrative efforts. I have managed between 3 and 6 schedules at a time with activities between 100 lines and over 10,000 lines with values between 300,000 and 12 million.
Seconded to Story Contracting, a Network Rail framework contractor, specialising in the maintenance, repair and construction of railway track, structures and earth-works. My initial remit was to train the project staff in the use of Primavera P6, transfer of schedules from Microsoft Project to P6, and then took over responsibility for the production and monitoring of schedules for a monthly issue to the Client. I also produced a company-wide overview schedule to include all 90 projects and production of evidence to support KPI monitoring.
