Role & Duties:

• Scheduling for Pre-Development Stage i.e Design Management, Cost Management, Authority Approval, and Procurement Management
• Review and analysis schedule and resource plan submitted by contractor
• Review and analysis progress report and chronology of events submitted by contractor
• Prepare progress report to the Executive Commitee and Client
• Review, analysis and recommend Extension of Time submitted by contractor

• Project Planning and Scheduling for Linear Project with PRIMAVERA P6 R8.2.
• Project Progress Reporting with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System.
• Delay analysis for Extension of Time application.

• Project Planning and Scheduling for Mixed Development Project.

• Resource levelling to maximize use of limited resource.

Worked as Scheduler for PTP Malaysia Rail Project. Main responsibilities included:

• • Preparation of work programme in MS Project and Primavera, and scheduling monthly activities.
  • Progress reporting and updating billing details to Client on a regular basis.
  • Creating and modifying small drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Maintenance of Computers including Local Area Network for 25 computers.
