Scheduling & Planning of all Project Existing or Forthcoming . ◘ As well as creation of Internal Master Schedule including all Projects. Internal Program Development of Resource Tracking and Management Overview in Hours and Cost.◘ Maintaining Control of All projects. Reports and combined reports setup. Individual Program Hours/Work over time Reports and Combined Cost, Work, Resource efficiency over expected period Reports.◘ Set up of Tender Program/Documents required from planning.
As a project controller my key duties were to provide robust, single source, accurate management information using Primavera P6 and SAP to enable the effective delivery of the Capital Programme at a business area, programme, sub-programme and project level. My responsibilities and achievements include:
Responsible for the cost and planning engineering, risk and change management facilitation for the First Time Sewerage AMP5 programme of work, with a budget circa £25m.

· Participating in tenders prices analysis and negotiations for various materials.
· Auditing for contractors and letters of award for different work packages.
· Prepare and reviewing projects program plans, construction methodologies of construction and coordination with site management.

* Skilled in the development and implementation of forecasting and program tracking tools, various schedule analysis methods, progress reporting, and identifying program problem areas.
* Involved with numerous projects from tendering and initiation through to close out and commissioning. He has exposure under various project models including Alliance, Joint Venture, D&C, and Large Programs of work.
* Provided onsite engineering support, assisted with tender preparation, developed and monitored schedules and prepared resource forecasts.
