I am a Senior Planner working on Water Projects (Firemain, External Potable Water, Internal Potable Water and Drainage Infrastructure Renewal).

• Prerpare baseline programmes.
• Update programmes periodicly.
• Prepare tender programmes.
• Implement Project Controls by using Earned Value Management.
• Prepare EOT by applying Time Impact Analysis method.

Preparing, monitoring and updating an integrated programme containing 200+ projects, successfully tracking milestones/gateways up to the Final Investment Decision. Ensure communications and collaboration between on-site Contractors and Design Contractor as well as buidling similar relationships with the Client, reviewing progress on a weekly basis and issuing client reports displaying progress status.
