To collectt and collate programme data, coordinating the collaborative effort between Delivery Partner (KBR), User Services (Motorola) and Mobile Services (EE). Tracked key milestones against each work stream and produced an array of reports presenting current progress status and how the programme was performing. Analysed Motorola and EE schedules to ensure they were delivering on time to programme.
