Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to vendors and subcontractors, including development of contract documents, solicitation, and assistance with subcontractor and vendor negotiations

• Analyzed site situation and prepared “Extension of Time” claim and presented it. • Reviewed, analyzed, and recreated many “Extension of Time” claim with total value of (SR 1Billion). • Collected data and analyzed it to prepare and present “acceleration request” and its cost with value of (SR 150 Million) . • Created “risk assessments” form to analyze contracts • Meeting Clients for negotiation costs and claims • Prepared presentations about Projects claims for project teams • Prepared presentations about claim status to show it to management.
