Project Control Specialist working for Turner & Townsend assigned as VP Project Services for AGA developing and implementing Project Support processes, tools and leading the project Services team covering the Capital Programme for continental Africa except South Africa (Reporting, Scheduling, Change, Document & Cost specifically).
In August 2013 as continuation of assignment I moved to AGA Obuasi mine, Ghana. There I focused on developing their local project processes and bring in line with corporate guidance.
