Technical Manager, Project ControlDivision– CTCI Taiwan

CTCI Taiwan appointed me as the Division Technical Manager to lead the current and future projects into the new age of fast track project management. CTCI have until recently been a Company managed with old school local government principles. The Company has since 2001 earned work in the international arena and had to adapt to an international project management environment. 

Senior project planner with extensive Planning skills gained over more than 8 years experience of project planning with knowledge of most major planning methods, and ability to time analyse and resource schedule Project Plans. Experienced in building and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures, complex Programme and Project Plans and producing regular reports to show progress and milestone tracking.

• Develop the Schedule, Set up the base line

Project Controls Specialist          

Responsible for INSTALLING and MAINTENANCE of the Compressors & Pumps

Provide Preventive Maintenance & Scheduling for preventive and Breakdown Maintenance

Centrifugal Pumps Replacement of mechanical seals, rotor, wearing rings, bearings, shaft alignments and complete overhaul

Reciprocating Pumps Replacement of plungers, plunger packing, valves, inspection and maintenance of crank case and cross head

Started as a Senior planner, promoted to Planning Head then to a Project Manager, my roles including day-to-dat activities in managing runnung projects. This includes but not limited to:

- Providing Turn key EPC project management services starting with management project conecptual feasibility studies, design, tendering, construction, closure, and operations.

- Managing Tendering phase including preparation of tender documents, evaluation crieteria, evaluation technically and financially, preparing contracts, BOQs, ....
