1-    Develop and update project schedule to ensure project performance optimization

2-    Regularly flag issues of concern and raise alert reports to keep Management informed of problems, issues and required corrective actions.

3-    Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at agreed intervals to secure constructionprogress on time and within budget
