Blue City is a $15 billion megacity project spread over 32 square kilometres and 16 kilometres of coastline along the coastal region at Al Sawaadi. The city will include 20 hotels, hospitals, and university. It will have shopping centres, marina, and schools, golf course, etc. The project manager is responsible for the development of Phase 1 of the project which includes 5-star hotel, residential apartments, golf course and villas.
