Prepare monthly progress report and claim in respect with the agreed Progress Measurement Steps System including raising/claiming Variation Orders. Ensuring the proper control and evaluation of Subcontractor’s Monthly Progress Claim and applied Variation Orders guiding through the actual site developments and contents of the Contract.

 

Develop, execute and maintain project reporting procedures. Prepare and present narrative, various graphs, tables and numerical reports of the project.
