3) Project control engineer for multiple projects. Perform planning, scheduling,develop Project Control Plan, develop & drive progress measurement systems, develop manpower planning, perform budgeting, perform schedule control and cost control, perform analysis on progress (both schedule and cost) inclusive forecast of completion and %effort required to catch up the progress (if there's delay), perform productivity analysis, perform EVM reporting, develop progress reporting. Developed proposals of payment term eg payment milestones or progress payments based on planned progress/schedule.

2) Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) Exec.
- 'Taking care' or in charge of MMS (SAP) in the plant ie making sure all master data are completed and updated, developing maintenance plan (Preventive plan) and scheduled the plan through SAP, running monthly report and analysis on maintenance works, training plant operators and plant maintenance supervisors/engineers on how to use MMS correctly for their jobs etc.
