Vice President - Project Controls - AECOM NY Metro Region

Oversee the Project Controls Dept including staff of 27 people for the NY Metro region. Develop policy, procedure and guidance on the project controls implementation. Develop new business focused on project controls for new as well as existing clients. Promote AECOM's project controls capabilities by giving presentations related to project controls best practices, Earned Value Management, Forensic Schedule and cCaims and Analysis, and Enterprise - Wide implementation.

• Manage multi-million dollar claims from the initial client meetingthrough resolution acting as both the point of contact as well as thelead engineer.
• Prepare and present delay, cost and loss of productivity analyses.
• Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, schedulers and dataprocessors on a daily basis.
• Develop and implement company-wide training programs

Responsible for management of multiple on-call construction claims services contracts for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the California Department of Corrections (CDC). Managed multiple other claims related projects.
