Trainee Planner

Supporting role to senior planner.

Assisted with developement of various reports for various stakeholders.

Updating and maintaining of programme, QMR and other KPI reports.

Assist with weekly progress reporting.

Provide project team with data and information as requested.

As a Trainnee Planner to a £80million job I have developed basic Asta knowledge. I can create As-Built programmes in relation to site progress.

i am working for Atkins as a junior planning engineer and working on rail projects.

Started to learn project controls systems and different softwares. Got training in COPR and PROM (Snam own softwares). Helping lead in creating reports.

.3 Month Document Control Experience. Handling all aspects of incoming/outcoming documentation and subsequent records process.

.3 Month as a Trainee Planner working for a major Oil & Gas client on a 150+ Million pounds Project during the design phase. Activities including but not limited to; Tracking activity status, Updating Programmes, Progress reporting to clients/project managers. Liasing between senior management and the engineering team. 

Management trainee rotating between site engineering, quantity surveying, site management & planning.

Assisting senior project planner.

Basic scheduling and program maintenance.

Assisting wit weekly and monthly progress reporting.

Voluntary part time placement whilst sudying full time. Trainee within the planning departement of a major London fit-out.

Did reports, minutes of meeting, schedules, manhours worked, s-curve & project measurement.
